TICO publishes 80 questions in 150 minutes. Oliver Solutions specifies a closed-book exam with 70%, or 56/80, and no deduction for a wrong answer.
Our session uses that count and duration with independent questions and teaching balance. The same score here is not calibrated to official difficulty.

Registrations from January 5, 2026 use the combined interactive program. An existing valid certification remains valid and does not expire because of that change.
A counsellor seeking supervisor/manager certification follows the current requirements. Do not assume the previous certificate qualifies a person for every role.

For eligible legacy candidates unsuccessful on their initial attempt, TICO gives November 30, 2026 as the last rewrite-purchase date and December 31, 2026 as the completion deadline. The legacy program retires January 1, 2027.
These dates do not allow a new legacy enrolment or remove the applicable conditions and waiting periods. Confirm your actual candidate record with the provider.
Original transition cases
An already certified counsellor continues that role: the program change alone does not demand another exam.
A new learner enrols after the combined-program launch: an old price in a historical PDF is not their current enrolment fee.
A legacy candidate considers another attempt: they check eligibility and both deadlines rather than treating possession of an old manual as rewrite authorisation.
What free practice provides
Six 24-question sets cover our 144 concepts without overlap. The longer session and simulator reuse the bank. Explanations, flashcards and printing remain free.
Official certification requires the provider’s program, exam and proctoring. This site does not issue a certificate, collect identification or predict an official pass.
