This page puts 50 original practice questions for the Ontario Class A (AZ) Truck Knowledge Test on one sheet you can print or save as a PDF. They are drawn evenly from our 13 topics (class a licence and requirements, size, weight, cvor and documents, daily inspection and defects, coupling and uncoupling, cargo securement and oversize loads, hours of service and logs, controls, braking and jackknife control and off-tracking, turns and backing, among others), so one sitting covers the whole test, not just the easy chapters.
The answer key starts on a new page after the last question. Each answer has a short explanation and the chapter of the The Official MTO Truck Handbook it comes from, so you can check the rule in the official source instead of memorising our wording. These are not the official test questions: the Ontario Ministry of Transportation (MTO) does not publish its question bank. When the sheet feels easy, sit a timed mock exam of 40 questions (you need 32 correct to pass our mock).
