    Un titulaire de licence de magasin ne peut pas exploiter le magasin sans certificat Selling It Right; pour une société, un signataire autorisé; pour une société de personnes, un associé (l'associé commandité dans une société en commandite); pour une entreprise individuelle, le propriétaire; pour une nation autochtone, son représentant désigné.
